Residential – Adults

Our adult residential service provides bespoke packages of care and support to adults with various needs. We provide a high-quality service which offers 24 hours round-the- clock practical and emotional support and care. We focus on quality and delivering results based upon agreed outcomes. We take a person-centred approach whilst ensuring we deliver a service which is cost effective and fluid enough to meet the needs of each client.

• Collaborative working with CMHT’s to prevent relapse and readmission rates.
• Development of skills and pathways to employment.
• Assistance with medication management.
• Assistance with money management.
• Community integration.
• Education access support (College and University) 
• Development of skills of daily living.

• Male or female
• Aged 18+
• On the Autistic Spectrum
• Those with a mental health diagnosis and complex challenging behaviours.
• Personality disorder
• Forensic History stepping down from Forensic services
• Learning Disabilities
• Those on CTO’s, Guardianship etc.
