ABOUT US
Pathstone Limited is a provider of a range of high quality residential and supported living services for children and young people 16+ with a variety of needs.
We deliver high quality care and support across our children services. Enabling and compassionate care and support which helps people work towards independence and recovery is at the heart of everything we do.
To help us achieve this we employ staff who are professional and dedicated. They are continuously trained, developed and supported to ensure that they continue to deliver high quality care and support.
Our services are provided in community settings and residential homes with an emphasis on providing care and support close to people's homes wherever possible.
We work closely with a range of agencies; these include community organisations both in the statutory, independent and voluntary sector to provide our clients with a comprehensive package of care and support.

- Supported living options (16+)
